Our own product, so we carry the cost of every bug and every slow page ourselves.
Why we built it
- Service businesses juggle separate tools for their website, booking, payments, reviews, search and invoicing, and those tools don't talk to each other.
- Many still take bookings by phone with no deposit, so a no-show costs them directly.
- We wanted one platform we control that launches a client's site, booking and billing quickly, in French and English, and that can be white-labelled.
What we built
Multi-tenant core
- Framework-free PHP 8.2 with its own router, middleware pipeline, view engine and per-tenant data isolation.
- Roles and permissions, plan and add-on gating, per-tenant usage credits.
Website builder
- 38 editable content blocks, drag-to-reorder, inline editing, themes, French and English sites, custom domains.
- A new site can start from a form, from the company's existing website, or from a scanned business card.
Booking and payments
- Online booking with card deposits, a multi-service cart (several services, one deposit), per-city travel pricing, CAD and USD, confirmation emails, Google Calendar sync and a booking form that embeds in other websites.
- Subscription billing with setup fees, plan checkout in CAD or USD, promo codes, and split payouts for marketplaces.
- A booking-deposit flow for a delivery business, with automatic refunds of duplicate payments.
Marketing, operations and security
- Search toolkit: keyword research and scoring, a blog writer with a quality gate, sitemaps, structured data, Google Business Profile and Search Console integration.
- Lead capture with attribution, a live visitor view and chat, proposals, a client portal and site checks.
- A storage driver for Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2 and S3 written from scratch.
- CSRF protection on every form, prepared statements everywhere, a server-side request guard with redirect re-checks and IP pinning, HTML/SVG/embed sanitizers, and captcha, honeypot and rate limits on public forms.
Results
- Live service businesses run on it today, including My House Experts (home services, bilingual, instant estimate and multi-service booking with deposits) and RushNDrop (urgent parts pickup and delivery with a booking deposit).

PHP 8.2 (no framework), MySQL 8, Redis, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, Stripe (Checkout, Billing, Connect, webhooks), Telnyx, Twilio, Google APIs, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Playwright. Hosted on cPanel/WHM with staged deploys.
